American Girl Jess McConnell
American Girl Doll Jess McConnell by the Pleasant Company was released as their girl of the year doll in December 2005 and was produced for a one year period until it was retired in Decemeber 2006.
Jess McConnell is a 10-year-old girl who goes to Belize with her parents. Jess's father is Irish American and her mom's Japanese American.
Her parents both love archeologyand as a result Jess and her parents are spend five months at an archeological dig of ancient Maya ruins in the Central American country of Belize.
Jess's book is entitled Jess and was written by Mary Casanova. The book was published December 30, 2005 by American Girl Publishing.
